Wiped the bugs off of it. Mother nature finally gave us a glimpse of Summer this past weekend.
Rain in the forecast all week. Tacoma time.

Walked by her....don't work again at the University till Wednesday so today I cut grass. Haven't figured out a safe effective way to tow the trailer with the bike so the truck it is.....gotta keep my lawn customers happy!

Did the rear tire yesterday and checked the brake pads... New rubber smells gud.
Did the front tire today... Brake pads looked good so... Postponed the pad change.

Ordered new tires. Walked past the FJR and took the car (again) due to heavy rain today and low tread depth.

Removed the touring screen and installed the standard screen since temps in the low 90s are coming this week. Actually yesterday night but close enough.

Rode it to work again. Need to order a replacement highway peg mounting plate from Garauld for my left side. Had a little oops moment Saturday morning before we left on our Saddlesore ride.

Yesterday I rode 764km..my back isn’t 100% yet, but much, much better..

Changed the oil in preparation for my 863 mile ride to Ill. to pick up my "new to me" Time Out camper and also try for a SS1000.
While draining the oil realized that it was NOT old oil.
Checked log book, didn't show that it had been changed lately. LOL
So not only did I forget I changed it, I didn't write it down in the book. SIGH
Tried to think of all the things I will need for the trip. Lots of luck, just hope I don't forget anything catastrophic, like the license tag for the trailer. Etc. Etc.

If you're trying for an SS1K, you'll need a route that's longer than 863 miles.
(And don't worry about forgetting shit. Lots of us have CRS syndrome.)

Put the wynpro Bigfoot back on with new screws and washers. I didn’t miss it once I took it off, but my sidestand was chewing up the stall mat in it’s garage parking space. Switched from the vstream 20308 to the Yamaha touring screen for a little more air. Lubed shifter and sidestand.
