Glad I don't have LED's, I prefer the yellow low beam light, if I need more light the LED's come on.

Yes you can. It's done by feel....
Yep it is done by feel and I feel for those who have to replace FJR a headlamp pre LED.
Gotta be easier than a Chevy HHR. Anytime you have to remove a wheel to replace a headlight, there's an engineer who deserves a beating.

As I'm still searching for a rare 2014-15 A model ECU to up my 2013 cruise control limit (don't even bother mentioning Ivan's flash- tried it, it sucks, removed it- I tried something a little off-the-wall recommended by a fellow member. I put a 2014-15 ES model ECU in my 2013A to see what happens. No fault codes, no alarms, nothing EXCEPT I can now set my cruise at both 90 mph and 97 mph. Remember on the '13s the CC is limited to 82 mph. Not anymore! It's a little cool here today so it was only a short test but I'll be oot and aboot longer tomorrow and will report back.

I have Ivan's flash on my 2013, but I won't mention it.

He's a douche bag. He's been a douche bag for a very long time. He'll never get a penny from me, I'd happily have a lower cruise control than to give him my money.

I got nothing against the guy. His ECU modification was not to my liking, that's all.

Jwilly rode my 13 back to SC for me and cussed out the cruise control on it in a joking manner. I reminded him in a joking manner that no cruise control locks in at the speed he cruises at. He nodded in agreement grudgingly.
Rode with Lumberg out to western OK in June 2023. His cruise control doesn't work at the speed we were cruising at either. Lol

On a couple longer trips installed a Kaoko throttle lock on my '13. I should be good without it now.

I have Ivan's flash on my '13
Madmudder has Ivan's flash on his Canadian '14
We rode together out West last year. No issues. I originally had my '13 flashed in 2023.
2 trips out West with unlimited cruise control speeds.
I understand Ivan can be a little gruff sometimes, but he treated me well.

Well, Ivan's ECU flash would solve that problem if you really wanted it to......

Is there really that many situations where 100 mph cruise control limit is a problem? Seems about as much of a problem as only having 135 hp on an adventure bike, when you want 170 hp. If I need cruise control over 100 mph, I am on the wrong damn road.

Yes and yes, it's called Nevada
I'll admit those days of a buck 25 or more for a half hour are gone, only because the Feejeer is too.
The older I get the faster I was.

Yes. In some of the the coastal areas of Boondocks, NC 81 mph is not quite keeping up with the traffic flow, which I prefer to do rather than be the rolling roadblock. And the last time I was on the loop south of Charlotte, NC 81 mph would have gotten me run over. Sometimes a bit more than the factory 2013 limit is desired.

The 2013 was limited to 80 mph indicated on the speedometer. GPS speed about 78 mph. Many interstates out West have an 80 mph speed limit. Flow of traffic is near 90 mph.
And all on my 2013th post.

Gone are days of Sport bike riding with my buddy whose bike is the only thing he has that doesn't have nitrous. Passing a line of cars with an unmarked cop in the middle. I get the let's roll signal, gone.
The FJR is so smooth that 100 doesn't seem fast.

I'm with Toter, where would I ever ride that I need 80+ cruise or perhaps even cruise at all, lol. BTW, what's an interstate?
