Maybe later next week for mornings that start without heavy frost covering everything. Weather caster is saying that it's been 14 - 20 degrees below average for about 2 weeks now.....
I would think you wouldn't even need your heated gear for that...
Thats 257 Kelvin. Think of it that way...bungie4 wrote:Didn't ride to work today. -16, f@$k that.
I see fall has arrived in the north country.
Yabbut, I've laughed when you can't ride when it's over 100F and 800 % humidity.... your prime season is just different for y'all... By teasing us, don't make me trailer down there in December and be buying you a beer along with Redfish, Pants, etc...... I've been known to do crazy shit like that.gixxerjasen wrote: ↑Thu Nov 09, 2017 9:52 am 50F and raining yesterday. Nearly froze my butt off walking to the warm truck with the heated seats so I could get to work.
First of all, it's Redfish's area that gets 800% humidity, not here. The Dallas folks will bitch and moan about the humidity here but they have nothing to complain about. I'm mostly from Florida, I know humidity, and Dallas is NICE when it comes to that.
Well, I rode mine to work today, too. Light drizzle, wet pavement, and 61F. Grip heaters on 2 with the heavy gloves. Winter's almost here.
Watch out Ray...I bet it's a trick. It's probably a heart-shaped bed...and the liquor is just to make you come along quiet now.
Ha ha... 114 is just plain unnecessary punishment!gixxerjasen wrote: ↑Thu Nov 09, 2017 11:26 amFirst of all, it's Redfish's area that gets 800% humidity, not here. As for over 100F, why would that stop me?
