Rode into NGA and WNC, 60s and 70s. I changed plans and winged it sort of...went on roads that Duane showed me a year or so ago...all after a nice lazy morning coffee.

Rode it to work today....got a nice streak going. Washed the WV dirt and bugs off it last weekend, so it's a bit more sparkly...at least until the rain hits later this week, lol.

It's not loud, just a lower growl...but you can remove the baffles. I might try it, just to see how obnoxious it is.

Re: What did you do to your FJR today?
I apologized to my FJR as I got on the BMW for my ride to work and set out into the rain. 3 minutes later I was even more sorry when the damned BMW just died in the road. I got it restarted, rode about 30 yards and it died again. Acted like it was out of gas. It finally restarted and has behaved itself since.
I realize how much I take the complete reliability of my FJR for granted. All motorcycles are not like the FJR.

Ah hell, put a couple of Z rated plugs in it like Wheaton did a few years ago out west and you'll be all set
