Very nice to be saying that again.

I wish I had. I walked past it and got on this God Forsaken Bavarian POS. I parked it next to my friend's Street Glide and told him, "Be happy I parked here. I just made your Harley look really good."

Riding other bikes always makes me love my FJR even more.

I was planning on getting it licensed and legal today and riding it for work, but instead I am waiting for the bike shops to open up to see about getting the tires replaced. :(

Fun day! Hit some lube points: rear brake pedal, shifter lever & joints, kickstand pivot & springs, and lubed both throttle cables. Also raised the shifter up about 1/4".

Met with sath182 for a quick lunch and swapped seats. He gets my Seat Concepts for a couple of weeks and I get his stock seat. (I'm out of the country for 8 of those days, so I think I'll survive.)

Still never touched mine. I rode the Bavarian POS over to Dad's.

Installed a set of black anodized 7 click clutch/brake levers on his '14. Took that opportunity to clean and lubricate the pivot points and of course the brass bushing in the clutch lever.

Delivered his shiny new Shoei Neotec with the Imminent graphics. A very good looking helmet.

^ Me too. Starting over in my attempt for a perfect year. Day 10, only 284 more to catch up to where I was when Mother Nature decided to go all Bust on me.

Interesting. Can you provide a link to those black levers or an idea where to look at them?

Took the long route home from work last night and the efficient route in to work this morning. The stock seat is just as hard and unsupporting as I remember, BUT, it sure makes the FJR feel like a rice rocket.

Rolled over 50,000 yesterday. 2015 ES model, and a glorious machine!

Rode to work this morning, then over to the dealer on my lunch break to pick up a new rubber shift peg.

Beautiful weather today but since i worked the last 3 nights its pretty much wasted for a safe day to ride.

But I did swap out my shield from the clear-barn-door-winter shield to the stealth-black-cool-breeze shield.

BTW, some of you may have done this but I replaced the Allen screws, the first screws you remove to take the screen off, and replaced them with Phillips screws. (GenIII)
Just need one tool to remove now.

Got it licensed, put the plate on it, and watched it rain.
