Well, I may have found a pair to send in - need drop one of these...
April 2024 - Great Lakes National Cemetery - Tour of Honor stop on my way home from what would be my 3rd place finish for the Michigan Memorials ride. "All gave some, some gave all..."
US2 in Michigan's Northern Penninsula - April 2024.
May 2024 - Athens, TN - Once the sun burned the mist off, we attacked some of the finest stretches of tarmac E.TN and WNC had to offer...

I'll see if I can find anything worthy... didn't really do much riding this year... does it have to be from 2024 or can I go farther back into my archives?

I don't believe it has to be taken in the current year, if I've understood the rules correctly.

It does not have to be from this year (how could anyone tell?). But I won't allow repeated submissions, even if they were non-winners.

I mean, do you believe that he'll be able to remember that a picture was a non-winning submission???

Please submit a few photos as your photos are terrific.
I may go back in my archives and find something from my BMW or Vstrom days. The advantage of getting old is many fond memories.

I did some digging around and found the photos from over 20 years ago. I submitted them. Not sure of the resolution is high enough but digital photography was in it's infancy back then. If the resolution is too low for the calendar then you may not see them. Oh well. Still it is fun to find these little gems.
June 2002 at Mount Rainier National Park with my 1988 BMW R100RT.
July 2003 at Yosemite National Park with my 1988 BMW R100RT. The BMW wasn't running well on this trip because the carb needle clip made of steel wore a gap on the aluminum needle allowing the needle to bounce around. Didn't figure out the problem till I got home.
June 2005 in Grand Canyon National Park with my 2005 Vstrom. On this trip I was also at many of the Big Fife National Parks in Utah before the Big Five was a wildly successful add campaign. I was able to drive up and get a campsite without a reservation in Zion National Park for 3 or 4 nights right next to the town of Springdale. Try that today!
