@ DesignFlaw06 you need a 'missile switch cover', sometimes called an 'arming cover'. I know someone that uses them over the nitrous arming switch in their car.

I have the cheap version of that on my switch for my outdoor motion detector spot lights. The switch would get turned off when the garage light was turned off. Then I would wonder why my security lights are not working.
