Suspension question
Thus could be a stupid question , but on the damping setting, would the hard -1 setting be stiffer than a standard +3. I'm assuming it would because of the progression of soft -1 to hard +3, and the difference would be minimal, but could not find anything for sure on it

Very good diagram, looks like a standard +3 is equivalent to a hard -2 with each preload setting
