remove left side fairing gen ii

Hi,

Does anyone know: Is it possible to remove just the left side of the gen2 fairing?

I'm sure I've done it a few times.
Don't forget the two screws in the "chin" below the radiator.

Yes. Put a towel or something on the floor as while you undue the turn signal the bottom can rub on the floor. Whoops.

Rub the bottom on the floor? This is a problem? Mine has a solid layer of road grime for protection of the valuable plastic under it. :D

FYI, pulling this panel is easier than cleaning it. I pull it when changing the oil because I've yet to get a foolproof method to keep the oil from the filter from not going everywhere. Trust me, this fool has tried everything. :D

Jasen, when changing the oil, remove the lower screw, pull fairing out and put your oil filter box there to hold it away from the engine. Pretty foolproof.....
